We were in discussions with them for over a year as we mulled over a decision to renovate or relocate. When we decided to renovate, Jane bent over backwards to ensure our plans, quote and contract were ready to sign before the Building Grant deadlines, which we thankfully managed to achieve. 
Throughout the project, communication was exceptional, and Dean was really flexible with the many changes that we requested. ​THREE YEARS ON......
Three years ago, the Distinct Building Company team built our home extension for which we were extremely happy with but a recent measure up from Australian outdoor living to have some external blinds installed had the consultant (an ex-builder, tiler, blind installer) bragging about how precisely aligned our structures were “to the millimeter” something he said he has rarely seen in all his years working the various trades!
